Terms of Use
Last updated: October 11, 2026
These terms apply to the Dotto app and this website, provided by Eduard Pantazi (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using Dotto you agree to them. Your use of the app is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement; if anything here conflicts with it, Apple's agreement applies.
1. Using Dotto
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Dotto on Apple devices you own or control, for non-commercial entertainment. Please don't copy, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute the app or its levels, or use it in a way that breaks the law or harms others.
2. Purchases and hints
- Purchases are made through the App Store and handled by Apple, including payment, refunds and family sharing.
- No Ads and Dotto Premium are one-time purchases. Use Store › Restore purchases to restore them on a new device.
- Hints are a virtual item with no cash value. They can't be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for money, and purchased hints are added to your balance once the App Store confirms the purchase.
- Premium includes current and future premium level packs while we continue to offer them.
3. Ads
The free version of Dotto shows ads provided by third parties (Google AdMob). We aren't responsible for the content of third-party ads or the sites they link to. See the Privacy Policy for how ads use data and how to change your choices.
4. Content and updates
We regularly add, change or retire levels, packs, the daily puzzle and features, which may download automatically. We try hard to keep your progress, but we can't guarantee that every feature or level will be available forever.
5. Intellectual property
Dotto, its design, levels, artwork and code belong to Eduard Pantazi. Game Center, App Store and iCloud are trademarks of Apple Inc.
6. Disclaimer and liability
Dotto is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we don't guarantee that it will be error-free or always available, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of progress or data. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.
7. Changes and termination
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continuing to use Dotto means you accept the update. You can stop using Dotto at any time by deleting it.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live.
